Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $19.00 – $23.00/hr (Based on Experience)

We’re growing fast and looking for a Customer Service Associate who delivers incredible service with a smile and brings a tech-savvy, process-minded approach to everything they do.

About the Role

This is more than answering phones—it’s about making someone’s day better than when they called. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the first voice our customers hear, and the one they’ll remember. If you love solving problems, connecting with people, and finding ways to make things smoother, faster, and better—we want you on our team. There is great opportunity for advancement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver friendly, professional, unmatched service to every caller and email
  • Take and process customer orders via phone and email with speed and accuracy
  • QC orders, print shipping labels (FedEx), and help prep fulfillment
  • Update order logs and spreadsheets in Excel
  • Resolve customer questions, complaints, or product concerns with confidence
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions and updates
  • Educate customers about our unique liquid supplements, their ingredients, and how to use them for maximum benefit
  • Cross-sell or recommend products when helpful to the customer
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
  • Stay up to date on all things Drucker Labs—products, policies, and procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of customer service experience (retail, phones, or call center)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems
  • Confident using Excel, Microsoft Office, and preferably Shopify
  • You know how to make someone smile—even through email
  • Naturally curious and always looking for a better way to do things
  • Cool-headed under pressure and quick on your feet
  • Strong organizational skills and razor-sharp attention to detail
  • A people-first mindset and a passion for helping others
