If you're interested in being part of our dynamic and innovative team, apply now!Position Overview: The Sales Representative is responsible for selling and renting storage container products, ground level offices, and related products and services over the internet, in-person, and via company phone systems. They develop and build profitable short term and long-term customer relationships while providing excellent customer service, account management, and closure rate.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Rent and sell storage container products, ground-level offices, and related products and services through a variety of internet sales mediums, incl. Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, etc., over the phone, and in-person.</li><li>Maintain a methodology of proactivity and immediate follow-up, ensuring your ads are posted, worked, and converted with a focus on timeliness and closure rate.</li><li>Use excellent customer service skills to handle calls and inquiries.</li><li>Send out periodic email blasts and promotions.</li><li>Respond promptly to sales and rental leads, ensuring follow-up until conversion.</li><li>Practice effective sales techniques to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Assist walk-in customers, take customers to yard to showcase product.</li><li>Solicit sale and rental opportunities through cold calling and outbound sales efforts.</li><li>Utilize Salesforce, entering customer information accurately into the CRM system.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.</li><li>Manage delivery and pick-up schedules for sold and rented containers.</li><li>Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely returns and pickups.</li><li>Ensure all containers meet customer expectations and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate pickups, lease transfers, and repossessions as needed.</li><li>Continually refine sales techniques and stay updated on industry best practices.</li><li>Actively participate in training to enhance skills and product knowledge.</li><li>Maintain reliability and punctuality in work hours.</li><li>Perform collateral duties as assigned by your supervisor.</li></ul>Supervision Received: The position is supervised by the Sales Lead.Supervision Exercised: N/AQualifications &amp; Skills: MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Valid driver's license.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (candidates who believe they meet criteria without this requirement will be considered).</li><li>Marketing skills, including but not limited to ability to post social media ads for Dry Box products and Services using personal accounts.</li><li>Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the business to enable effective operating decision-making.</li><li>Strong selling and value selling skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently without supervision and with a team.</li></ul>MINIMUM TECHNICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:<ul><li>Strong over-the-phone conversational ability.</li><li>Tech and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM.</li><li>Salesforce experience is a plus.</li><li>A track record of business success and responsibility growth.</li><li>Driven to succeed - a &quot;Make it Happen&quot; attitude.</li><li>Strong organizational ability.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently and efficiently.</li><li>Superior time management skills.</li><li>High expectations of self and others, assertive with ability to recognize opportunities.</li><li>Relationship builder, effective communicator, ability to articulate, both verbal and in writing.</li><li>Adherence to core company values: Reliable, Trustworthy, Pride and Professionalism, Driven/Assertive, Respect and Quality.</li></ul>PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: <ul><li>Industry experience is preferred.</li><li>1 years&rsquo; internet sales experience.</li></ul>This Company Describes Its Culture as:<ul><li>Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused</li><li>Innovative -- innovative and risk-taking</li><li>Passionate -- competitive and growth-oriented</li><li>Outcome-oriented -- results-focused with a strong performance culture</li><li>Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative</li></ul>Benefits offered:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Retirement benefits</li><li>GAP insurance</li></ul>Pay Range: ~$18-22/hr + commission from Day 1.Join our dynamic team and lead the way in the modified storage industry!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please describe your in-office, especially over-the-phone sales experience in 1-3 sentences.</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Chehalis, WA 98532 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
