 What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Clean, repair &amp; maintain dryer vents in multi-unit buildings</li><li>
Work safely with ladders, tools, attics &amp; rooftops</li><li>
Travel to jobs in Los Angeles and Inland Empire (transportation can be provided in most cases)</li><li>
Work independently or with another technician, depending on the job size.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
An individual that's reliable, career-minded, and ready to learn
</li><li>Physically able to handle ladders, roofs &amp; tight spaces</li><li>
Valid driver's license &amp; reliable transportation</li><li>
Experience in maintenance/HVAC/construction a plus (commercial &amp; residential)</li><li>
Friendly and professional &mdash; good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.</li></ul>

This is a part-time, as-needed position with no guaranteed hours or ongoing schedule.</li><li>
Assignments are offered based on project availability and your availability.</li></ul>
