What You’ll Do:

• Clean, repair & maintain dryer vents in multi-unit buildings
• Work safely with ladders, tools, attics & rooftops
• Travel to jobs in Los Angeles and Inland Empire (transportation can be provided in most cases)
• Work independently or with another technician, depending on the job size.

What We’re Looking For:

• An individual that's reliable, career-minded, and ready to learn
• Physically able to handle ladders, roofs & tight spaces
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Experience in maintenance/HVAC/construction a plus (commercial & residential)
• Friendly and professional — good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.

Important Notes:

• This is a part-time, as-needed position with no guaranteed hours or ongoing schedule.
• Assignments are offered based on project availability and your availability.
