Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning &amp; Business Development&#9679; Develop and implement export strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.&#9679; Identify and explore new international markets, products, and opportunities.&#9679; Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.&#9679; Negotiate and finalize contracts with overseas clients and distributors.2. Sales &amp; Marketing&#9679; Drive international sales and expand the customer base in target regions.&#9679; Develop marketing strategies for brand positioning in global markets.&#9679; Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.3. Operations &amp; Logistics Management&#9679; Oversee export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping processes.&#9679; Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.&#9679; Ensure timely dispatch of goods and smooth delivery to clients.4. Compliance &amp; Documentation&#9679; Ensure adherence to all export regulations, trade compliance, and documentation requirements (e.g., LC, Incoterms, HS codes).&#9679; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade laws, taxation, and duty structures.5. Financial Management&#9679; Monitor pricing strategies, margins, and profitability of export orders.&#9679; Handle foreign currency transactions, payment follow-up, and credit risk management.&#9679; Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management.6. Team Management &amp; Coordination&#9679; Lead and mentor the export team for high performance.&#9679; Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams for order fulfillment.Key Skills &amp; Competencies:&#9679; Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.&#9679; Excellent negotiation and communication skills.&#9679; Expertise in export marketing and global sales strategies.&#9679; Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.&#9679; Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.Qualifications:&#9679; Graduate in Science (B. Sc.) with mathematics as major&#9679; More than 10 years of experience in Sales &amp; Marketing. Out of which 06 years of experience in export management, with 04 years in a leadership role.Performance Indicators (KPIs):&#9679; Achievement of export revenue targets.&#9679; Expansion into new markets and increase in customer base.&#9679; On-time shipment and order fulfillment.&#9679; Compliance with export laws and zero penalties.&#9679; Profitability of export operations.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,600.50 - &#8377;60,582.96 per monthWork Location: In person
