Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation &amp; Contracts<ul><li>Draft, review, and finalize agreements including sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, and vendor contracts.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and compliance of property-related documents with statutory requirements.</li><li>Maintain records of title deeds, approvals, and licenses.</li></ul>Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) guidelines and other applicable laws.</li><li>Handle property registration, stamp duty, and compliance with municipal and state authorities.</li><li>Monitor changes in real estate and construction laws, updating management accordingly.</li></ul>Litigation &amp; Dispute Resolution<ul><li>Coordinate with external lawyers for litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution.</li><li>Prepare case briefs, affidavits, and supporting documents for legal proceedings.</li><li>Represent the company in hearings before government authorities when required.</li></ul>Advisory &amp; Support<ul><li>Provide legal advice to management on project approvals, land acquisition, and joint ventures.</li><li>Support due diligence for property purchases, mergers, or partnerships.</li><li>Advise on risk mitigation strategies in contracts and transactions.</li></ul>Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with project managers, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in real estate or construction legal work.</li><li>Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, land acquisition laws, and corporate compliance.</li><li>Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal matters.</li><li>Analytical and detail-oriented approach.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Proactive in identifying legal risks and providing solutions.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,260.36 - ₹35,746.92 per monthWork Location: In person
