Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy &amp; Leadership <ul><li>Design and implement HR policies aligning with company objectives across both entities.</li><li>Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.</li><li>Lead workforce planning for factory, sales, and office teams.</li></ul>2. Statutory Compliance &amp; Labour Law <ul><li>Ensure 100% compliance with applicable laws: Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Contract Labour Act, and Shops &amp; Establishment Act.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants for monthly compliance audits and filing of returns.</li><li>Maintain liaison with local labor and government authorities when required.</li></ul>3. Payroll &amp; Attendance Management <ul><li>Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance systems for both units.</li><li>Ensure accurate deductions and timely remittance of PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.</li><li>Manage salary structuring as per grade and job level.</li></ul>4. Industrial Relations (Factory HR) <ul><li>Handle worker grievances, disciplinary actions, and union-related communications.</li><li>Implement best practices for health, safety, and welfare as per Factories Act.</li><li>Support production team in maintaining harmonious relations at the plant.</li></ul>5. Recruitment &amp; Training <ul><li>Plan and execute end-to-end hiring &mdash; from shop-floor workers to senior management roles.</li><li>Conduct periodic training sessions on compliance, soft skills, and safety awareness.</li><li>Maintain skill matrix and develop retention strategies.</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Reporting <ul><li>Maintain all employee files, HR records, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports for management review.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies <ul><li>In-depth knowledge of Indian Labour Laws &amp; Statutory Compliances.</li><li>Experience in both manufacturing &amp; service sector HR.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Familiarity with HRMS software and MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;14,763.13 - &#8377;55,987.65 per monthWork Location: In person
