 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Strategic Planning &amp; Goal Alignment
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and oversee monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and corporate strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure customer service metrics are met through optimized inventory management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Balance resources against customer expectations and manufacturing capabilities.

 Participate in Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve processes.
 </li>

 Operational Leadership

 Lead daily activities of the planning department and manage a team of planners and analysts.
 </li>

 Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&amp;D, Purchasing, and Quality to support new product launches and restage activities.
 </li>

 Execute corporate inventory policies and recommend improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee material and finished goods transfers between facilities.
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

 APICS certification a plus.

 7-10 years of experience leading supply chain planning in a high-volume CPG environment.
 </li>

 Strong proficiency with ERP systems, databases, and Excel.
 </li>

 Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
 </li>

 Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Supply Chain Planning Manager

 Senior Process Engineering Manager
 
 is responsible for shaping cost‑reduction strategies and delivering data‑driven recommendations while ensuring all company quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met. This role partners closely with Manufacturing Operations to identify process inefficiencies, remove waste, and implement sustainable improvements that align operational performance with financial objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities:

 Lead and oversee all technical aspects of plastic injection molding operations, including process optimization, issue resolution, and equipment reliability.

 Direct and develop a team responsible for designing, qualifying, and successfully deploying manufacturing processes and production equipment on the shop floor.

 Drive operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the manufacturing organization.

 Establish the team's strategic direction while providing hands‑on guidance to ensure performance aligns with budgetary and operational targets.

 Mentor and support team members in applying Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to leverage data in solving complex manufacturing challenges.

 Build strong cross‑functional partnerships to influence decision‑making across Maintenance, Tooling, R&amp;D, and New Product Development teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate new product and process transfers thoroughly, collaborating with stakeholders to define next steps when requirements are not fully achieved.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, evolving manufacturing environment.
 </li>

 Define and communicate a long‑term (3-5 year) vision for the team in partnership with cross‑functional leadership.
 </li>

 Must‑Have Qualifications

 within food or bakery commodities (sugars, dairy, fats/oils, flour, cocoa, etc.).

 5-7 years
 
 of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or raw materials management.

 Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost‑savings initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in budget development, financial planning, and setting savings targets.
 </li>

 Ability to operate as the
 
 subject‑matter expert
 
 in assigned ingredient categories.
