The role requires being on the road working with clients 80%, to identify and understand clients' needs and provides solutions. He is responsible to drive new sales and client acquisitions in an Industry based on knowledge and experience. He needs to evaluates and adapts new strategies to keep up with the current business trends. He will be required to work with virtual team, including Service Management, Business Care and Commercial Team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage leads and acquire new Fixed enterprise client accounts</li><li>Have the capability to generate your own leads in the market.</li><li>Delivers on weekly, monthly and quarterly sales commitments</li><li>Manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients as per industry segments.</li><li>Develop and maintain client relationships according to Vodafone sales guidelines.</li><li>Is responsible for managing relations between business entities and customers including decisive planning and sales negotiations.</li><li>Develops and maintains robust sale pipeline to deliver results</li><li>Identify opportunities to up-sell, organize and lead account reviews.</li><li>Develop and maintain account plans to establish forecasts and anticipated revenue streams.</li><li>Provide solutions with the product range that fit the client's requirements.</li><li>Work with entire sales team on strategic accounts.</li><li>Close deals that are profitable and high value to the company.</li><li>Close deals that are profitable and high value to the company.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual target as set by the Sales Manager</li><li>Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behaviour is aligned to the Company's values.</li><li>Build personal relationships and trust with the accounts&rsquo; points of contacts.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>B2B sales or/and account management experience for at least 3 years.</li><li>Fluent English essential, fluent Arabic is a preference</li><li>Target orientated.</li><li>Proven ability to deliver results.</li><li>Cold calling and new business development experience.</li><li>Master Account Management concepts</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Customer Commitment &ndash; is a customer champion and manages the processes and organization towards exceeding customer expectations.</li><li>Demonstrates understanding and execution of Customer Relationship Selling</li><li>Demonstrates a thorough understanding of customer's issues, challenges &amp; business drivers.</li><li>Negotiates / gains commitment: Understands effective negotiation techniques &amp; seeks to apply them in most situations.</li><li>Is alert to customers buying signals &amp; identifies closing opportunities.</li><li>Experience in the GCC Market ideally</li><li>Technical background in IT and network solutions</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job description:Role Accountabilities<ul><li>Proactively welcome the customers and foster a boastful relationship with customers through sincere interaction. Meet customer&rsquo;s needs through constant support, answer routine questions, fulfill their requirements of related products.</li><li>Cross and upsell products and services at every given opportunity and carry out demonstrations of devices and accessories. Help team to reach and exceed sales targets and ensure to take the initiative to stay well-informed to the latest services and phone mobiles features.</li><li>Achieve optimum level of customer feedback through written reports on challenges and inquiries. Ensure to Retain good condition of supplies; fittings, stationery, marketing materials and products in the shop/store.</li><li>Report and deliver the daily cash and credit cards vouchers as well for the company services, which require applications. And report day-to-day challenges to Retail store Manager incorporating simple recommendations and feedback.</li><li>Meet the work regulations; apparel, looking, behavior &amp; attendance as set by Division Manager. Attend constantly the training and coaching session, which set by the management.</li><li>Keep oneself up to date with the latest products &amp; services on offer .Know and apply the data protection laws when and where relevant. and share knowledge and expertise with each one in the team.</li><li>Ensure standards for quality and customer experience are met, while helping to drive the store&rsquo;s all KPI .</li><li>Be co-responsible for the upkeep of the store in terms of display, stock, and general upkeep, opening and closing procedures. And be responsible for one&rsquo;s cash-float and takings and support. End-of-Day reconciliation and administration procedures. Handle occasional cash deposits assigned by the supervisor.</li><li>Use the various IT systems according to the company&rsquo;s procedures.
