DT One is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support our growth by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements translating them into functional specifications and actionable insights. You will be working with large datasets, performing gap analyses, and visualising business processes using tools including sequence diagrams.
This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, enabling data-driven decisions that improve products and operations. Experience in fintech or digital payments, particularly in prepaid products, telco integrations, cross-border value flows, and FX, will be highly advantageous. 
What you ll do:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Describes business requirements (stories, flows, diagrams), for engineers and architects</li>
<li>Analyze large datasets to extract insights that drive product strategy and business decisions.</li>
<li>Create visual representations of business processes and data insights using tools like Tableau, Excel, and similar tools.</li>
<li>Identify discrepancies between current and target states, providing actionable recommendations.</li>
<li>Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and in preparing internal training materials to ensure team readiness.</li>
<li>Update the Product Knowledge Base with accurate documentation, FAQs, and training materials. </li>
</ul>
Key Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.</li>
<li>5+ years in a Business Analyst role, ideally within the fintech or banking industry.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Jira, Confluence</li>
<li>Familiarity with Use Case modelling and UML notation would be a considerable advantage</li>
<li>Technical writing experience is a plus</li>
<li>Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Excel) and process mapping</li>
<li>Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.</li>
<li>Previous UX experience in B2C funnels (Figma, onboarding, conversion funnels)</li>

As the Network Manager of MENA, Africa and EMEA, you will lead our procurement activities with our network partners in the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution and work closely with top telco companies and talented teams in DT One. 
 What you ll do

<li>Be a trusted &amp; resourceful contact for DT One s key telco, billers and digital gift card partners in the EMEA region</li>
<li>Own and monitor the volume trends and profitability of the assigned markets</li>
<li>Develop creative and financially meaningful partnership models with our network partners</li>
<li>Develop and drive our network partner strategy to support our regional sales teams</li>
<li>Lead small- and large-scale deals and projects with our partners, working cross-functionally within DT One to ensure we enrich our product portfolio and optimise our costs</li>
<li>Act as an advisor, with deep industry and market expertise, to the sales team to support achieving DT One s sales targets</li>
<li>Maintain regular and transparent communication and cooperation with customer support, pricing, provisioning, marketing, and sales teams</li>
<li>Onboard new network partners or products based on market trends or our customer demand that are supported by business cases and forecasts</li>
<li>Support direct sales activities with Telcos in the EMEA region</li>

 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>5-8 years of sales and/or procurement experience with a proven track record in delivering new business</li>
<li>Experience with network management in a mobile top-up or international remittance and payments business is a plus</li>
<li>Experience working in, selling or having business relationships with Telco and digital service providers across EMEA</li>
<li>Experience interacting and negotiating with C-level decision makers to navigate complex deals and understand legal language, facilitate meaningful conversations that lead to forming strategic partnerships</li>
<li>In-depth market knowledge to spot opportunities and build out a compelling proposition that offers mutual value</li>
<li>A strong balance of both strategic planning and an active hands-on approach</li>
<li> Can-do attitude, entrepreneurial drive, and focus on problem-solving with a high level of energy in a fast-paced, global, complex and geographically diverse company</li>
<li>Strong organization skills, management of priorities and the ability to work under pressure</li>
<li>Proficient in CRM, Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Data analysis experience with Tableau is a plus</li>
