حفظ وأرشفة المستندات والسجلات والمراسلات الصادرة والواردة.</li><li>
تسجيل بيانات الزوار والعملاء والتفاعل معهم ومتابعتهم عند الحاجة.</li><li>
المساندة في تنظيم المواعيد وجدولة حجوزات قاعات الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات وتحديث التقويمات والارتباطات.</li><li>
تقديم الدعم الإداري والسكرتاري وتنسيق أنشطة العمل المختلفة.</li><li>

Receptionist

<p></p><div><div><ul><li> Set an exemplary tone for the RLS community through modelling the school's Purpose, Principles, Practices and Values.</li><li> Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors</li><li> Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth</li><li> Direct visitors appropriately and notify staff of arrivals</li><li> Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area</li><li> Answer, screen and transfer calls in line with RLS telephone etiquette</li><li> Ensure clear, timely communication between school, parents, students, staff and stakeholders</li><li> Maintain thorough knowledge of RLS to provide accurate information on curriculum, admissions, services and policies</li><li> Respond to general parental inquiries professionally through approved communication channels</li><li> Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding the reputation of RLS</li><li> Communicate essential information accurately to staff and senior leaders via email, phone, or written communication</li><li> Support smooth daily front desk operations</li><li> Use digital systems to schedule meetings, message parents, input data and track tasks</li><li> Maintain daily student attendance, absences, late arrivals and early pick ups</li><li> Follow up on absences through calls and messages</li><li> Ensure the student portal is accurately and consistently updated</li><li> Assist parents and students with attendance related inquiries</li><li> Manage late drop off and early pick up procedures, inform security and notify teachers</li><li> Keep the daily fire register updated</li><li> Generate attendance and absence reports for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and maintain automated records</li><li> Support school tours, activities and events as required</li><li> Assist the Admissions team by contacting inquiries and updating systems</li><li> Carry out administrative and secretarial duties as delegated by line manager, senior leadership, or faculty</li><li> Ensure compliance with all RLS policies, procedures and codes of conduct</li><li> Maintain strict punctuality and consistent attendance during core working hours</li></ul><div><br>

 Full fluency in Arabic and English</li><li> Experience in front desk, customer service, or a related role</li><li> Strong administrative and organisational skills</li><li> Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li> Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills</li><li> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li> Confident use of technology and digital platforms</li><li> Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information</li><li> Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team</li><li> Degree, high school diploma, or equivalent qualification</li><li> UAE National with a minimum of two years&rsquo; front desk experience</li><li> Knowledge of educational systems and school policies</li><li> Understanding of safeguarding and preventive practices</li><li> Experience engaging with VIPs</li></ul><p>
