About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for Rooms Interns to join Jumeirah Hotels in Dubai.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Create great first impressions by welcoming guests, handling check-ins, and escorting them while showcasing hotel facilities.</li><li>Boost satisfaction and revenue through proactive upselling, smooth walk-in handling, quick issue resolution, and consistently high service standards.</li><li>Deliver VIP and group excellence by preparing rooms, arranging amenities, managing group check-ins, and fulfilling special requests.</li><li>Maintain accurate guest profiles and communication records in the PMS.</li><li>Support daily operations by coordinating with other departments, preparing reports, and ensuring the lobby and front desk are guest ready.</li></ul> About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:<ul><li>Must be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate of a relevant university degree</li><li>Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of front office systems, particularly Opera PMS and HotSOS</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work flexibly, adapting to varying schedules and hotel occupancy demands</li></ul> About the Benefits At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
