Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (construction, real estate, infrastructure, etc.)</li><li>Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and site visits.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and procurement teams.</li><li>Promote and present Ducon&rsquo;s product range to prospective clients with technical accuracy and value-based selling.</li><li>Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tender documentation in coordination with the sales support team.</li><li>Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.</li><li>Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to identify opportunities for differentiation.</li><li>Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent Ducon and build brand awareness.</li><li>Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports for management review.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>0-1 years of experience.</li><li>Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction project cycles and procurement processes.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and networking skills.</li><li>Goal-oriented and self-motivated.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li></ul>Languages required: English/UrduJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>
