We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of lubricants and base oil grades, with a chemical background preferred, and proven expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and optimize the supply chain for lubricants and base oil products, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.</li><li>Plan and oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution activities.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure uninterrupted supply.</li><li>Analyze demand forecasts and align supply planning accordingly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to chemical products.</li><li>Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to support business objectives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the lubricants, base oils, or chemical industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of lubricants and base oil grades is highly preferred.</li><li>Solid understanding of international procurement, logistics, and inventory management.</li><li>Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Supply Chain Manager

SAP Business One (SAP B1):<ul><li>Manage day-to-day SAP B1 operations including user access, configuration, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Support business users across modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Production, HR, etc.).</li><li>Design and implement new functionalities, reports, and forms using SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP tools.</li><li>Coordinate with external SAP support vendors for upgrades, patches, and development projects.</li><li>Conduct user training and documentation for new features and processes.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, backup, and system integrity within SAP.</li><li>Map and optimize business processes for efficiency through SAP customization.</li></ul>IT Infrastructure:<ul><li>Maintain and support company IT systems including servers, network, email, and security systems.</li><li>Perform regular backups, security monitoring, and software updates.</li><li>Provide technical support for hardware, printers, and networking issues.</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets.</li><li>Support implementation of new IT solutions and ensure compliance with company IT policies.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and performance issues.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

SAP B1 SPECIALIST

Job Description:We are seeking a Junior Lab Chemist to support laboratory testing and quality control activities within the lubricants manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will assist in routine analysis, ensure product quality, and maintain laboratory standards in compliance with company and industry requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine laboratory testing on lubricant oils, greases, and raw materials</li><li>Assist in quality control and quality assurance testing</li><li>Record, analyze, and report test results accurately</li><li>Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration</li><li>Follow laboratory safety procedures and ISO standards</li><li>Support senior chemists in product development and troubleshooting</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and lab records</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical Engineering</li><li>Basic knowledge of laboratory testing techniques</li><li>Familiarity with lubricant testing methods (preferred but not mandatory)</li><li>Good analytical and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
