A Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor with 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance is required. The candidate should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification, along with strong technical experience. The role involves leading a team of fitters, welders, and helpers to ensure that all mechanical work inside an oil refinery or chemical plant is carried out safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise the daily work of fitters, welders, and helpers</li><li>Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance</li><li>Maintain and repair all types of pumps (centrifugal, vacuum, gear, booster, etc.), motors, boilers, compressors, chillers, gearboxes, blowers, valves, and other plant equipment</li><li>Manage spare parts inventory and request reorders when needed</li><li>Ensure all tools, lifting equipment, and forklifts are in good working condition</li><li>Maintain daily maintenance logbooks and prepare monthly reports</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and the work permit system</li><li>Support plant shutdowns, small project works, and team training initiatives</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience</li><li>Good leadership and team management abilities</li><li>Basic computer skills (email, Excel, report preparation, etc.)</li><li>SAP knowledge is an added advantage</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
