In this role, you will provide expert eyelash extension applications, skincare treatments, and esthetic services that elevate our clients&rsquo; beauty routines. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills while growing your career in a supportive environment.Duties<ul><li>Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precision and safety standards are met</li><li>Deliver a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser treatments</li><li>Provide skincare consultations and recommend suitable products or treatments based on client needs</li><li>Manage retail sales by upselling products and offering product demos to enhance client results</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols in accordance with industry standards</li><li>Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and build lasting relationships</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven expertise in eyelash extensions, waxing, skincare</li><li>Strong knowledge of management practices within a salon or spa setting</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding guest services and education</li><li>Skilled in sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff</li><li>Knowledge of retail sales techniques with an emphasis on upselling and product recommendations</li><li>Join us as a Lash Artist/Esthetician where your passion for beauty meets professional growth!
