Job Summary
We are seeking a vibrant and talented Lash Artist/Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert eyelash extension applications, skincare treatments, and esthetic services that elevate our clients’ beauty routines. Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precision and safety standards are met
• Deliver a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser treatments
• Provide skincare consultations and recommend suitable products or treatments based on client needs
• Manage retail sales by upselling products and offering product demos to enhance client results
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols in accordance with industry standards
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and build lasting relationships

Skills

• Proven expertise in eyelash extensions, waxing, skincare
• Strong knowledge of management practices within a salon or spa setting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding guest services and education
• Skilled in sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques with an emphasis on upselling and product recommendations
