This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills, culinary knowledge, and passion for hospitality while working in a fast-paced, rewarding atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled</li><li>Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and ensuring cleanliness for the next guests</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures and basic math calculations</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting food handling and sanitation protocols</li><li>Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow</li><li>Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and providing exceptional customer service</li><li>Support host/hostess duties when needed by managing guest arrivals and seating arrangements in a professional manner</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly</li><li>Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales and enhance guest experiences</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering memorable hospitality experiences</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing</li><li>Prior host/hostess or serving experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential</li></ul>Embark on a vibrant career where your passion for service makes every guest feel special!
