It exists to ensure we are always identifying the right companies, engaging the right decision-makers, and generating real commercial opportunities &mdash; not just activity.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Build highly targeted prospect lists aligned to Dunbridge&rsquo;s ICP &mdash; not generic data pulls</li><li>Lead outbound through high-quality cold calling as the primary channel</li><li>Engage CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders to uncover real operational needs</li><li>Clearly position Dunbridge&rsquo;s value (cost savings, speed, control, and visibility) in first conversations</li><li>Book qualified meetings for BDMs &mdash; focused on real use cases, not surface-level interest</li><li>Deliver clean handoffs with context: problem, use case, stakeholders, and next steps</li><li>Maintain disciplined, accurate CRM data across all activity and outcomes</li></ul>What success looks like<ul><li>Quickly builds and refines high-quality target account lists with minimal direction</li><li>Generates a consistent flow of qualified meetings with clear commercial intent</li><li>Demonstrates strong conversion from calls &rarr; conversations &rarr; meetings</li><li>Identifies patterns in high-converting accounts and continuously sharpens targeting</li><li>Contributes a predictable, repeatable pipeline each month</li><li>Feeds insights back into ICP definition, messaging, and outreach strategy</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for<ul><li>Proven experience in B2B outbound, lead generation, or prospecting</li><li>Strong judgment in identifying and prioritizing high-value accounts</li><li>Confidence engaging senior finance stakeholders over the phone</li><li>High attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate CRM data</li><li>Commercial awareness &mdash; understands what makes an opportunity worth pursuing</li><li>Organized, disciplined, and accountable for outcomes (not just activity)</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Experience in fintech, payments, FX, or financial services</li><li>Exposure to mid-market or high-growth companies</li><li>Understanding of finance team structures and buying roles</li></ul>About Dunbridge Dunbridge helps businesses move money across borders with precision.
