B2B Lead Generation Specialist

This role creates consistent, high-quality pipeline for Dunbridge. It exists to ensure we are always identifying the right companies, engaging the right decision-makers, and generating real commercial opportunities — not just activity.

What you’ll do

• Build highly targeted prospect lists aligned to Dunbridge’s ICP — not generic data pulls
• Lead outbound through high-quality cold calling as the primary channel
• Engage CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders to uncover real operational needs
• Clearly position Dunbridge’s value (cost savings, speed, control, and visibility) in first conversations
• Book qualified meetings for BDMs — focused on real use cases, not surface-level interest
• Deliver clean handoffs with context: problem, use case, stakeholders, and next steps
• Maintain disciplined, accurate CRM data across all activity and outcomes

What success looks like

• Quickly builds and refines high-quality target account lists with minimal direction
• Generates a consistent flow of qualified meetings with clear commercial intent
• Demonstrates strong conversion from calls → conversations → meetings
• Identifies patterns in high-converting accounts and continuously sharpens targeting
• Contributes a predictable, repeatable pipeline each month
• Feeds insights back into ICP definition, messaging, and outreach strategy

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in B2B outbound, lead generation, or prospecting
• Strong judgment in identifying and prioritizing high-value accounts
• Confidence engaging senior finance stakeholders over the phone
• High attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate CRM data
• Commercial awareness — understands what makes an opportunity worth pursuing
• Organized, disciplined, and accountable for outcomes (not just activity)

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, FX, or financial services
• Exposure to mid-market or high-growth companies
• Understanding of finance team structures and buying roles
