Your energy, leadership, and dedication will help create lasting positive impacts across communities.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive community outreach strategies aligned with organizational goals to increase awareness and participation.</li><li>Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and recognition to ensure a motivated and effective team.</li><li>Organize and lead public speaking engagements, informational sessions, and community events to promote program initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with local organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and social service agencies to strengthen partnerships and expand outreach efforts.</li><li>Oversee program development by designing activities that address community needs related to public health, addiction counseling, or social work.</li><li>Collect data on outreach activities using surveys, attendance records, and feedback forms to evaluate impact and inform future planning.</li><li>Utilize social media platforms and marketing techniques to enhance visibility of programs and engage diverse audiences effectively.</li><li>Maintain administrative records related to project management, fundraising efforts, recruiting activities, and program outcomes.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in volunteer management with the ability to supervise teams effectively.</li><li>Strong public speaking skills with confidence in engaging diverse audiences.</li><li>Expertise in program development tailored to community needs within public health or social work sectors.</li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing strategies including social media management for outreach campaigns.</li><li>Experience in data collection methods for assessing program effectiveness.</li><li>Background in addiction counseling or public health is highly desirable.</li><li>Leadership qualities with demonstrated success in supervising staff or volunteers.</li><li>Administrative experience related to fundraising, recruiting, or event planning.</li><li>Teaching or training experience that supports community education efforts.
