Responsibilities

• Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and recognition to ensure a motivated and effective team.
• Organize and lead public speaking engagements, informational sessions, and community events to promote program initiatives.
• Collaborate with local organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and social service agencies to strengthen partnerships and expand outreach efforts.
• Oversee program development by designing activities that address community needs related to public health, addiction counseling, or social work.
• Collect data on outreach activities using surveys, attendance records, and feedback forms to evaluate impact and inform future planning.
• Utilize social media platforms and marketing techniques to enhance visibility of programs and engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Maintain administrative records related to project management, fundraising efforts, recruiting activities, and program outcomes.

• Proven experience in volunteer management with the ability to supervise teams effectively.

• Expertise in program development tailored to community needs within public health or social work sectors.

• Background in addiction counseling or public health is highly desirable.
• Leadership qualities with demonstrated success in supervising staff or volunteers.
