We are looking for a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join our team in one of our regional offices. This is a full-time, proposal-first role that owns the complete pursuit lifecycle from kickoff through final submission, while bringing strong creative craft to every deliverable. This position is InDesign every day and partners closely with project teams, marketing leadership, and executives to position Holder as the builder of choice for complex, high-stakes projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce all proposal layouts, presentation decks, and pursuit materials in Adobe InDesign, applying strong visual judgment and layout principles.
• Own end-to-end production of RFQs, SOQs, RFPs, and interview presentations, including schedule and deadline management.
• Lead content strategy by identifying differentiators, developing win themes, and ensuring persuasive storytelling.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and executives to gather and elevate technical content.
• Maintain proposal content libraries, resumes, project sheets, and marketing databases to keep materials current.

Qualifications

Required:

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• 4+ years of proposal or marketing experience within the AEC industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pursuits under tight deadlines.
• Highly organized and self-directed.
