Our team takes pride in building lasting relationships with patients, and delivering an exceptional standard of care without the constraints of insurance-driven dentistry.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, reliable, and thrives in a collaborative, detail oriented environment. The ideal candidate is available to work 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday). Responsibilities <ul><li>Assist dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring optimal patient comfort and efficiency.</li><li>Prepare and maintain the treatment rooms, including sterilization of instruments and maintain infection control protocols.</li><li>Take digital dental radiographs (must be radiology certified).</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures.</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and ensure patients feel supported throughout their visit.</li><li>Collaborate with front office and clinical team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.</li><li>Uphold HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality at all times.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of general dental assisting experience (required)</li><li>Radiology certification (required) </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to patient care</li><li>Dentrix experience is a plus</li></ul>Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00-4:30 Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: From $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dental assisting: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>EFDA Certification (Preferred)</li><li>Radiology Certification (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Fort Myers, FL 33919 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
