Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, reliable, and thrives in a collaborative, detail oriented environment. The ideal candidate is available to work 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).

Responsibilities

  • Assist dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring optimal patient comfort and efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain the treatment rooms, including sterilization of instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
  • Take digital dental radiographs (must be radiology certified).
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and ensure patients feel supported throughout their visit.
  • Collaborate with front office and clinical team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Uphold HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of general dental assisting experience (required)
  • Radiology certification (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to patient care
  • Dentrix experience is a plus

Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00-4:30

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $26.00 per hour
