Job SummaryThe Showroom Associate is responsible for the daily front-of-house operation of the Dunya Home Design showroom. This individual serves as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, designers, contractors, and partners.This role combines showroom management, product education, light sales support, CRM management, and operational execution. The primary objective is to maintain a polished, fully operational showroom environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting revenue growth.Activities &amp; ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities1. Showroom Opening &amp; Closing ResponsibilitiesThe Associate is responsible for executing all daily opening and closing procedures in accordance with Dunya Home Design&rsquo;s official Opening / Closing SOP document.This includes ensuring that:<ul><li>The showroom is fully operational before business hours</li><li>All systems (alarm, POS, lighting, thermostat, music, displays) are activated properly</li><li>The showroom environment is clean, stocked, and presentation-ready</li><li>All devices and systems are properly shut down at closing</li><li>The facility is secured and alarmed at the end of the day</li></ul>Strict adherence to the official SOP is required. Failure to follow opening and closing procedures may result in performance review.2. Customer Experience &amp; Showroom Touring<ul><li>Greet all walk-in clients immediately and professionally</li><li>Offer guided tours of the showroom</li><li>Explain product categories clearly and confidently</li><li>Identify whether the visitor is a homeowner, designer, contractor, reseller, or partner</li><li>Collect visitor information for CRM entry</li><li>Provide product samples where appropriate</li><li>Communicate brand story and positioning consistently</li><li>Maintain a confident and consultative sales approach</li></ul>The Associate represents Dunya&rsquo;s professionalism, brand identity, and product authority at all times.3. Product Mastery &amp; EducationThe Associate is required to fully learn and understand:<ul><li>FLEXMARBLE (specs, installation, customization, sealing process, limitations)</li><li>SPC Luxinza Panels</li><li>EZ-Bricks</li><li>Fluted Panels</li><li>All pricing tiers (MSRP vs wholesale vs design professional)</li><li>Shipping methods and logistics overview</li><li>Installation basics and recommended adhesives</li><li>Current promotions or pricing adjustments</li></ul>Ongoing training is mandatory. Product knowledge must be detailed enough to confidently handle technical and pricing-related questions.4. Sales Support &amp; POS Operation<ul><li>Operate Shopify POS system accurately</li><li>Process payments and generate invoicesUnderstand order intake procedures</li><li>Assist in quote preparation</li><li>Track any exclusive sales eligible for commission</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions</li><li>Support leadership in converting warm leads</li></ul>Associate must learn internal pricing logic, discount approvals, and fulfillment workflow.5. CRM Management &amp; Lead Follow-UpThe Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized CRM records.This includes:<ul><li>Logging all walk-ins, calls, emails, and showroom visits into the CRM</li><li>Updating contact details and opportunity stages</li><li>Tagging lead type (homeowner, contractor, designer, etc.)</li><li>Documenting notes from conversations</li><li>Tracking sample kit distributions</li></ul>Additionally, the Associate is expected to:<ul><li>Proactively follow up with customers who have received sample kits</li><li>Check in on previously quoted projects</li><li>Re-engage dormant opportunities</li><li>Confirm project timelines and purchasing intent</li><li>Report lead temperature (hot, warm, cold)</li><li>Escalate high-value opportunities to leadership</li></ul>Follow-up should be professional, timely, and documented in the CRM.Lead management is a performance-measured responsibility.6. Reporting &amp; Daily CommunicationEnd-of-Day (EoD) Reporting is mandatory &mdash; even if no activity occurred.Daily EoD Report must include:<ul><li>Number of walk-ins</li><li>Type of visitors</li><li>Leads added to CRM</li><li>Follow-ups conducted</li><li>Sales made</li><li>Samples distributed</li><li>Inventory notes</li><li>Issues or concerns</li><li>Overall showroom condition</li><li>Noteworthy conversations or opportunities</li></ul>Report must be submitted before the close of business each day.7. Administrative &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of showroom</li><li>Ensure sample kits are stocked and presentable</li><li>Assist with light inventory organization</li><li>Monitor supply levels</li><li>Support event setup when required</li><li>Assist leadership with assigned administrative tasks</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
