This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Appfolio for bookkeeping tasks.</li><li>Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing correspondence to ensure information is accessible and up-to-date.</li><li>Assist with office management tasks.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally both in person and over the phone.</li><li>Support administrative projects such as preparing reports, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with office procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with team members to streamline workflow processes and improve overall office efficiency.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while supporting various departments with administrative needs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role is preferred; strong clerical experience is a plus.</li><li>Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.</li><li>Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous for supporting executive needs.</li><li>Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines; familiarity with proofreading documents is helpful.
