Join Our Team as a Dedicated Cleaner!

We are seeking a detail-oriented cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our common areas, foyers, and laundry rooms. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are clean, safe and welcoming for our residents and their guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all designated areas.
• Vacuum all carpet areas once a week. Mop all front and back foyers once a week along with laundry rooms, clean all glass inside and out, remove all cob webs, damp dusting ledges, window sills and hand rails, wood strips along floors and door frames each week
• Pay attention to detail and take pride in your work
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Create a welcoming enviroment for residents

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and housekeeping management is a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
