1. Role Overview: Responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities involved in the fabrication and erection of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), ensuring safe, efficient execution in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.2. Key Responsibilities:PEB Fabrication:<ul><li>Oversee fabrication operations in the workshop or site fabrication yard.</li><li>Ensure all fabrication work complies with approved drawings and quality requirements.</li><li>Monitor cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly of steel components.</li><li>Verify material availability and coordinate with the procurement team as needed.</li><li>Conduct dimensional, alignment, and welding quality checks as per relevant codes.</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily production and progress reports.</li></ul>PEB Erection:<ul><li>Supervise erection of PEB structures at site, including columns, rafters, purlins, and sheeting.</li><li>Plan safe erection sequences and lifting activities.</li><li>Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and erection teams.</li><li>Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and bolting of structural components as per drawings.</li><li>Oversee installation of roof and wall cladding.</li><li>Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE by all workers.</li></ul>3. Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or ITI in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in PEB fabrication and erection.</li><li>Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and erection techniques.</li><li>Ability to manage manpower and coordinate multiple teams effectively.</li><li>Good knowledge of safety and quality standards.</li><li>Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,877.99 - &#8377;35,238.54 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
