<div>Dustin's Mechanical is growing and we are looking for a high-performance individual tot are ownership of our front office operations, customer experience, and dispatch coordination.<br>
This is not a typical CSR role.<br>
This position plays a direct role in driving revenue, optimizing technician performance, and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with urgency and professionalism.</div>

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
</div><ul><li>Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked appointments</li>
<li>Control the daily dispatch board (right tech, right call, right timing)</li>
<li>Identify call types (repair, maintenance, IAQ, replacement opportunity)</li>
<li>Ensure technicians are set up for success before arrival</li>
<li>Manage schedule gaps, cancellations, and same-day opportunities</li>
<li>Support revenue tracking and KPI visibility</li>
<li>Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge</li>
</ul><div><b>What We're Looking For:</b></div>
<ul><li>Strong communicator who can confidently guide customers</li>
<li>Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience in HVAC, Plumbing or home services required</li>
<li>Dispatch or Service Titan experience is a major plus</li>

<li>Ability to work well under pressure</li>
<li>Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively</li>
