Job Summary
Dustin's Mechanical is growing and we are looking for a high-performance individual tot are ownership of our front office operations, customer experience, and dispatch coordination.
This is not a typical CSR role.
This position plays a direct role in driving revenue, optimizing technician performance, and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with urgency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked appointments
- Control the daily dispatch board (right tech, right call, right timing)
- Identify call types (repair, maintenance, IAQ, replacement opportunity)
- Ensure technicians are set up for success before arrival
- Manage schedule gaps, cancellations, and same-day opportunities
- Support revenue tracking and KPI visibility
- Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communicator who can confidently guide customers
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing or home services required
- Dispatch or Service Titan experience is a major plus
