<div>Customer Experience Coordinator
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a professional and efficient service.</li><li>
Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>
Monitor and manage shared inboxes and undertake administrative tasks to support the wider Customer Experience team.</li><li>
Produce and issue order acknowledgements and provide customers with delivery updates.</li><li>
Liaise with internal departments including Logistics, Purchasing, Production and Accounts to ensure smooth order fulfilment.</li><li>
Ensure orders are processed efficiently and handed over to Procurement and Production teams in line with delivery requirements.</li><li>
Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.</li><li>
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries while meeting service level expectations.</li><li>
Support the delivery of an excellent customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.</li></ul> 
Knowledge and Skills<ul><li>
Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, sales administration or order processing role.</li><li>
Experience supporting customers purchasing technical or engineered products would be advantageous.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>
Good IT skills and confidence using CRM, ERP or business systems.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and customer information.</li><li>
Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer service best practice.</li><li>
Interest in technical products and solutions.</li><li>
Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.</li></ul>
