Job Responsibilities: Accounts &amp; Finance <ul> <li>Maintain daily books of accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements.</li> <li>Prepare Monthly MIS reports, THP reports, and VAT returns (monthly/quarterly).</li> <li>Manage accounts payable/receivable reconciliation and debtor analysis.</li> <li>Process overseas &amp; local supplier payments, ensuring compliance approvals.</li> <li>Prepare prepaid &amp; accrued expenses, debit/credit notes, and financial statements.</li> <li>Handle payroll processing, including salaries and air ticket allowances.</li> <li>Conduct monthly/yearly stock auditing and financial data backup.</li> </ul> Sales &amp; Purchasing <ul> <li>Generate invoices and delivery orders for export/local sales.</li> <li>Assist with Chamber of Commerce applications and export documentation follow-ups.</li> <li>Negotiate pricing with overseas/local suppliers and place orders.</li> </ul> Logistics &amp; Operations <ul> <li>Arrange freight quotations, verify courier invoices, and coordinate shipments.</li> <li>Ensure compliance for cross-trade shipments and government/non-government</li> <li>Oversee local deliveries, courier coordination, and cheque collections.</li> <li>Validate shipping documents before dispatch and facilitate payments.</li> </ul> Reporting &amp; Compliance <ul> <li>Prepare cash flow statements, budget forecasts, and financial health reports.</li> <li>Maintain import purchase records, petty cash reports, and payables/receivables ledgers.</li> <li>Conduct regular financial discussions with management and auditors for compliance.</li> </ul>
