Content Creator &amp; Social Media Manager &mdash; Ecommerce &amp; Gaming Brandis looking for a highly creative, execution-focused Content Creator &amp; Social Media Manager to help grow our ecommerce and licensed merchandise business across TikTok, Instagram, X, Shopify, Amazon, and creator partnerships.This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone who can move quickly, create engaging short-form content, understand internet culture, and help build a fast-growing consumer brand.Our company designs and manufactures custom watch bands, gaming accessories, licensed products, and lifestyle merchandise using in-house UV printing and engraving equipment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and publish daily content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, X/Twitter, and other social platforms</li><li>Film and edit short-form video content inside our production facility</li><li>Capture behind-the-scenes manufacturing, product launches, and creator-focused content</li><li>Assist with influencer and creator outreach campaigns</li><li>Coordinate content calendars and launch schedules</li><li>Help manage ecommerce product launches and promotional campaigns</li><li>Engage with followers, comments, and community interactions</li><li>Stay current on trends, memes, gaming culture, and platform best practices</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts</li><li>Strong understanding of social media trends and internet culture</li><li>Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, or similar editing tools</li><li>Ecommerce, gaming, sports, anime, or creator-industry experience preferred</li><li>Comfortable filming in a warehouse/manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Self-starter with a fast execution mindset</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe value creativity, speed, consistency, and authenticity over polished corporate marketing experience.
