Content Creator & Social Media Manager — Ecommerce & Gaming Brand

is looking for a highly creative, execution-focused Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help grow our ecommerce and licensed merchandise business across TikTok, Instagram, X, Shopify, Amazon, and creator partnerships.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone who can move quickly, create engaging short-form content, understand internet culture, and help build a fast-growing consumer brand.

Our company designs and manufactures custom watch bands, gaming accessories, licensed products, and lifestyle merchandise using in-house UV printing and engraving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish daily content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, X/Twitter, and other social platforms
• Film and edit short-form video content inside our production facility
• Capture behind-the-scenes manufacturing, product launches, and creator-focused content
• Assist with influencer and creator outreach campaigns
• Coordinate content calendars and launch schedules
• Help manage ecommerce product launches and promotional campaigns
• Engage with followers, comments, and community interactions
• Stay current on trends, memes, gaming culture, and platform best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Strong understanding of social media trends and internet culture
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, or similar editing tools
• Ecommerce, gaming, sports, anime, or creator-industry experience preferred
• Comfortable filming in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-starter with a fast execution mindset

Position Details

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
