Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance, capable of troubleshooting complex systems and performing repairs efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in maintaining safety standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous production processes.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, facilities, and machinery</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems using schematics, Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools</li><li>Operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and program automation systems</li><li>Conduct welding repairs and perform residential painting as needed for facility upkeep</li><li>Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation to identify issues and implement solutions</li><li>Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and manage inventory</li><li>Lead or supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with other departments to minimize production disruptions</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment</li><li>Assist in supervising or mentoring junior team members or apprentices in maintenance tasks</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments</li><li>Strong electrical experience including troubleshooting electrical circuits and systems</li><li>Mechanical knowledge with experience in welding, residential painting, and general repair work</li><li>Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and CMMS software systems</li><li>Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Ohmmeters is highly desirable</li><li>Supervising or leadership experience in a maintenance setting is a plus</li><li>Excellent customer service skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.78 - $32.25 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
