Job Title: Cleaning SpecialistJob Summary: We are seeking candidates for opportunities in the DuBois area. Provide efficient and high-quality cleaning, janitorial, custodial services to our commercial and industrial customers. Reports directly to Supervisor. This hourly non-exempt position is part-time but could lead to full-time. Very competitive pay.Position Available:<ul><li>Monday-Friday - approx. 15-20 hours per week</li></ul>Essential Functions:<ul><li>Responsibilities include professional cleaning of offices, restrooms and break rooms.</li><li>Learn and follow all company and safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Perform as a team member.</li><li>Exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment and inventory.</li><li>Must pay attention to details at all times.</li><li>Work with and without direct supervision.</li><li>Communicate effectively and maintain a clean, professional appearance.</li><li>Work shift is typically late afternoon and evening hours.</li><li>Work schedule is Monday-Friday.</li><li>Perform additional assignments per management direction.</li></ul>Qualifications, Education and Experience:<ul><li>Any combination of education and experience that would provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>College/technical/trade school degree (or working towards completion) preferred.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.</li><li>Ability to climb stairs and ladders.</li><li>Ability to work in a commercial/industrial janitorial environment with exposure to items such as dust, high noise levels, hazardous materials, waste, slippery surfaces, etc.</li><li>Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.</li><li>Ability to perform activities such as frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, etc.</li></ul>Screening Requirements:<ul><li>Must have reliable transportation. Must have your own vehicle to travel to multiple customer locations each day if needed.
