Job Title: Cleaning Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking candidates for opportunities in the DuBois area. Provide efficient and high-quality cleaning, janitorial, custodial services to our commercial and industrial customers. Reports directly to Supervisor. This hourly non-exempt position is part-time but could lead to full-time. Very competitive pay.

Position Available:

• Monday-Friday - approx. 15-20 hours per week

Essential Functions:

• Responsibilities include professional cleaning of offices, restrooms and break rooms.
• Learn and follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform as a team member.
• Exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment and inventory.
• Must pay attention to details at all times.
• Work with and without direct supervision.
• Communicate effectively and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Work shift is typically late afternoon and evening hours.
• Work schedule is Monday-Friday.
• Perform additional assignments per management direction.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

• Any combination of education and experience that would provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College/technical/trade school degree (or working towards completion) preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to work in a commercial/industrial janitorial environment with exposure to items such as dust, high noise levels, hazardous materials, waste, slippery surfaces, etc.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to perform activities such as frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, etc.

Screening Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation. Must have your own vehicle to travel to multiple customer locations each day if needed. Clean driving record required.
• Background screening will be conducted.
