 WHAT'S THE ROLE?
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a 2D Designer to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional, visually captivating branding and design solutions for large-scale events, exhibitions, and corporate branding projects. The successful candidate will be a highly experienced designer with a robust background in branding, presentation design, and print/digital-ready executions. This role is integral to ensuring the creation of innovative, high-impact designs that not only meet client expectations but also adhere to industry standards and technical specifications for proposals.
 
 
 
 
 
 WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conceptualise, develop, and execute innovative 2D designs for presentations and branding collateral (in both Arabic and English), ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards, while supporting the creation of visuals for the 3D team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with design managers and 3D designers to ensure visual consistency and strategic alignment across projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt design concepts for various mediums, maintaining brand integrity throughout.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work effectively under tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick turnarounds without compromising on quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilise AI-enhanced design tools and advanced image editing skills to create high-impact visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed on the latest industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to maintain cutting-edge design practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide assistance with additional tasks as required, including cross-team collaboration with operations and sales teams on both print and digital marketing assets such as advertisements, brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials.
 </li>

 Experiment with creative and dynamic design solutions to enhance branding and presentation work.
 </li>

 WHAT YOU NEED IS:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Portfolio is mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 BA in Graphic Design (or equivalent) with a strong academic record (3.0 GPA) or professional qualification in visual communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably additional certifications, diplomas, or specialised courses in graphic design, branding, or visual communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous learning in emerging design trends and tools is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 5-10+ years&rsquo; experience in branding and presentations, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful 2D designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in advanced image editing, visual refinement, and creating key visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly skilled in bilingual typography (Arabic and English) and layouts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with large-scale events and exhibitions preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant experience in KSA/UAE/GCC agencies or in-house teams preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in preparing print and digital files for high-quality reproduction (CMYK/RGB).
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidates based in Riyadh preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert knowledge of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), image generation software (e.g., Midjourney), and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creativity and innovation in branding and visual storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to change.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to explore dynamic design solutions.
 </li>
