About Us: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a project basis. You will help create, execute, and optimize email campaigns that engage our audience, drive conversions, and strengthen our brand presence.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to execution.</li><li>Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing email templates.</li><li>Segment email lists to target audiences effectively.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.</li><li>A/B test email content, subject lines, and strategies for maximum engagement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and GDPR/CAN-SPAM regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of proven experience in email marketing.</li><li>Proficiency with popular email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).</li><li>Strong copywriting and design skills for email campaigns.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Experience with automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns is a plus.</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your resume, portfolio of previous email campaigns, and a brief cover letter highlighting your experience and achievements in email marketing.Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthExpected hours: No more than 10 per weekLocation:<ul><li>Karachi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
