Email Marketing Specialist - Freelance/Project-Based

About Us:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a project basis. You will help create, execute, and optimize email campaigns that engage our audience, drive conversions, and strengthen our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing email templates.
• Segment email lists to target audiences effectively.
• Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• A/B test email content, subject lines, and strategies for maximum engagement.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and GDPR/CAN-SPAM regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in email marketing.
• Proficiency with popular email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
• Strong copywriting and design skills for email campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns is a plus.
