Job Overview

A well-established property development company in Clifton, Karachi is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong 360° marketing background. The ideal candidate must be proficient in performance marketing, creative content development, SEO, and basic web management, combined with strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution to drive brand visibility, digital growth, and high-quality lead generation across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Implement effective SEO strategies to improve search rankings and boost organic traffic.
• Lead content planning, copywriting, and publishing across all digital channels.
• Create visual designs and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Edit promotional videos, reels, and short-form content for social media and property listings.
• Manage and update the company website using WordPress, Elementor, HTML, and CSS.
• Run and optimize PPC campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion improvement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and oversee junior marketing staff to ensure aligned and effective campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within real estate or property development.
• Strong command of Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and performance analytics.
• Proficiency in WordPress and front-end web tools including Elementor, HTML, and CSS.
• Skilled in graphic design and video editing (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing digital campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
