About the Role

We are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Female) to manage and scale lead generation campaigns, social media growth, and performance marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creative marketing and data-driven decision-making, especially within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) lead generation campaigns
• Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, conversion-focused content
• Generate high-quality local leads for service-based operations (e.g., scrap pickup services)
• Monitor and analyze CPL (Cost per Lead), conversions, and campaign performance
• Develop and optimize lead generation funnels
• Collaborate directly with founders to align marketing with business goals
• Track, report, and improve campaign performance using data insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
• Solid understanding of lead generation strategies and funnels
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI
• Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Self-motivated with a startup mindset and ownership attitude
