Dynamite Recruitment are supporting a small independent financial planning firm near Fareham on the recruit of a Paraplanner to support the Advisors and help with some administrative duties as part of a small, friendly team. Focused on delivering personal, high-quality advice. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Prepare suitability reports and support advisers with research and analysis.</li><li>Assist with cashflow modelling and product research.</li><li>Liaise with clients and providers to gather information.</li><li>Maintain accurate client records and process new business.</li><li>Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and handling paperwork.</li></ul> Skills & Experience <ul> <li>1+ year in paraplanning or financial services.</li><li>Working towards or holding Level 4 Diploma (desirable).</li><li>Good technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and communication skills.</li><li>Confident using back-office and financial planning software.</li></ul> What We Offer <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li><li>Training and qualification support</li><li>Friendly team and flexible working options</li></ul> £35,000 - £40,000 Full time or Part time For more information please apply or contact Tegan at Dynamite Recruitment
