Position SummaryThis is a position in the Production Department that supports the coffee roasting and packaging team. This position creates packaging materials, maintains proper inventory levels of each material, works with a team to pack coffee and fulfill orders on a made to order basis.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:&middot; Creating and managing Packaging materials&middot; Cleaning the work area and equipment; following cleaning schedules&middot; Maintaining production equipment; following maintenance schedules&middot; Order fulfillment&middot; Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Position requires good attention to detail, flexibility and problem-solving skills. Duties require basic math and conversion skills, as well as basic proficiency with computers.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
