Production Assisstant

Position Summary

This is a position in the Production Department that supports the coffee roasting and packaging team. This position creates packaging materials, maintains proper inventory levels of each material, works with a team to pack coffee and fulfill orders on a made to order basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Creating and managing Packaging materials

· Cleaning the work area and equipment; following cleaning schedules

· Maintaining production equipment; following maintenance schedules

· Order fulfillment

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Position requires good attention to detail, flexibility and problem-solving skills. Duties require basic math and conversion skills, as well as basic proficiency with computers.
