&lt;Job Summary&gt; We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will lead complex legal disputes, provide strategic counsel across a diverse range of practice areas, and advocate effectively for clients in courtrooms and negotiations alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your comprehensive legal knowledge and passion for justice in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Manage all phases of litigation cases, from initial investigation through trial and appeal, ensuring thorough preparation and strategic execution.</li><li>Conduct detailed legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and legal arguments.</li><li>Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other litigation-related correspondence.</li><li>Advise clients on a broad spectrum of legal issues including estate planning, environmental law, family law, landlord-tenant disputes, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury claims, tribal law &amp; regulations, patent law, and immigration law.</li><li>Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution processes to achieve favorable outcomes while minimizing litigation costs.</li><li>Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings with professionalism and confidence.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to develop comprehensive legal strategies tailored to each case&rsquo;s unique circumstances.</li><li>Maintain meticulous case files and ensure compliance with all procedural rules and deadlines.</li><li>Stay current on evolving laws and industry trends relevant to litigation practice areas through ongoing research and professional development.</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Extensive experience in litigation across multiple practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, landlord-tenant law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law &amp; regulations, patent law, and immigration law.</li><li>Proficiency in legal research platforms including LexisNexis and Westlaw; strong research skills to support complex casework.</li><li>Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive legal documents and arguments.</li><li>Advanced legal drafting capabilities for pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements.</li><li>Solid negotiation skills to facilitate favorable resolutions outside of court when appropriate.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Strong understanding of the litigation process from initial filing to resolution; familiarity with courtroom procedures is essential.</li><li>Experience with legal administrative tasks such as maintaining case files and tracking deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant laws governing land use, tribal regulations, patent rights, employment standards related to workers&rsquo; compensation or personal injury claims is highly desirable.</li><li>Proficiency in using legal research tools like Westlaw or LexisNexis; familiarity with legal administrative systems is a plus.
