Dynasty Pointe Apartments is looking for an experienced Property Manager for our 270 unit apartment community in Woodridge, IL . Candidate must have prior experience managing mid-size conventional apartment communities. Must be motivated, have an outgoing and energetic personality, and have a focus on meeting and exceeding all goals.Must be available M-F 8:00 to 5 and alternate Saturdays 10 to 2Duties:<ul><li>Help manage all day-to-day operations of the property including but not limited to</li><li>Leasing, rent collections, and office administration</li><li>Market the property and show the property.</li><li>Rent collection</li><li>Walk the property regularly</li><li>Help manage maintenance crew</li><li>Assist in handling all resident complaints and customer service matters professionally.</li><li>Work aggressively on resident retention by aggressively following up with upcoming lease renewals.</li><li>Handle all administrative duties</li></ul>Skills/Qualifications:Understanding the Customer, Closing Skills, Communication Skills, Prospecting Skills, People Skills, Problem Solving, Professionalism, Fair Housing knowledge, and experience using property management softwareRequired experience:<ul><li>Property Management: 3 years</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $64,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
