Property Manager

Dynasty Pointe Apartments is looking for an experienced Property Manager for our 270 unit apartment community in Woodridge, IL . Candidate must have prior experience managing mid-size conventional apartment communities. Must be motivated, have an outgoing and energetic personality, and have a focus on meeting and exceeding all goals.Must be available M-F 8:00 to 5 and alternate Saturdays 10 to 2

Duties:

• Help manage all day-to-day operations of the property including but not limited to
• Leasing, rent collections, and office administration
• Market the property and show the property.
• Rent collection
• Walk the property regularly
• Help manage maintenance crew
• Assist in handling all resident complaints and customer service matters professionally.
• Work aggressively on resident retention by aggressively following up with upcoming lease renewals.
• Handle all administrative duties

Skills/Qualifications:Understanding the Customer, Closing Skills, Communication Skills, Prospecting Skills, People Skills, Problem Solving, Professionalism, Fair Housing knowledge, and experience using property management software

Required experience:

• Property Management: 3 years

Pay: From $64,000.00 per year
