We are looking to fill a Janitorial Cleaning Technician This role is open to 1099 employee.Location: Tampa and surrounding areasEmployment Type: 1099Pay: Starting at $18Schedule: Evening/ Night shifts/ Day Shift (typically 6:00 AM &ndash; 11:00 PM)Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning</li><li>Experience cleaning gyms, offices, restrooms, or similar facilities</li><li>Familiar with floor care (vacuuming, mopping, auto scrubbers is a plus)</li><li>Ability to follow cleaning checklists and detailed instructions</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours (nights and weekends if needed)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and professionalism</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.</li></ul>Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning (trash removal, dusting, disinfecting surfaces)<ul><li>Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas</li><li>Vacuum carpets and maintain hard floors (scrubbing, mopping, detailing)</li><li>Clean high-touch areas (handles, railings, equipment, etc.)</li><li>Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper usage</li><li>Follow company quality standards and safety procedures</li><li>Report any maintenance issues or supply needs</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Plus):<ul><li>Experience working with commercial cleaning equipment (auto scrubbers, buffers)</li><li>Experience in gym or fitness facility cleaning</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Portfolio or photos of previous work (for subcontractors)</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Flexible weekly schedule</li><li>Opportunities for additional hours or projects</li><li>Long-term work opportunities</li><li>Professional and supportive team environment</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $18.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have at least 1 year of experience doing strip and wax?</li><li>Please send us Before/ After pictures to careers@e2ecleaning.com</li></ul>Work Location: In person
