This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients&rsquo; smiles and overall well-being.Duties<ul><li>Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions using advanced clinical skills and current best practices in general dentistry.</li><li>Perform dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care.</li><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging using medical imaging tools.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.</li><li>Apply infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to create a safe environment for patients and staff.</li><li>Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care tailored to pediatric dentistry when applicable.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in dental terminology, techniques, and technology to provide innovative care solutions.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental fabrication, endodontics (including root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards.</li><li>Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and thoroughly.</li><li>Ability to perform dental extractions safely while maintaining aseptic technique standards.</li><li>Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices when working with children or adolescent patients.</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical documentation and patient privacy compliance.</li><li>Strong communication skills for explaining procedures clearly and building trust with diverse patient populations.
