Duties
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions using advanced clinical skills and current best practices in general dentistry.
- Perform dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging using medical imaging tools.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Apply infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to create a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care tailored to pediatric dentistry when applicable.
- Stay current with advancements in dental terminology, techniques, and technology to provide innovative care solutions.
Skills
- Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental fabrication, endodontics (including root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and thoroughly.
- Ability to perform dental extractions safely while maintaining aseptic technique standards.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices when working with children or adolescent patients.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical documentation and patient privacy compliance.

Pay: $125.00 - $135.00 per hour
