 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 The
 
 Sales Director (Data &amp; AI)
 
 is responsible for spearheading the commercial growth and market leadership of the Data &amp; AI division at
 
 e&amp; enterprise
 
 . This pivotal role focuses on scaling the adoption of advanced AI platforms, intelligent automation, and data-driven solutions across
 
 enterprise
 
 and
 
 government
 
 sectors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead sales organization and drive revenue growth for AI platform, solutions, and professional services
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise and mid-market customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage high-performing sales teams including account executives, solution engineers, and sales development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish sales processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize pipeline generation and deal closure
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage key customer relationships and participate in strategic account negotiations and contract discussions
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing teams on demand generation, lead qualification, and campaign optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with product and engineering teams to align sales feedback with product development priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong channel partner ecosystem and manage strategic partnership development
 </li>
 <li>
 Forecast revenue, manage sales budgets, and report performance metrics to executive leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive sales enablement including training programs, competitive positioning, and sales tool adoption
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 15+ years of enterprise sales experience
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in B2B software or technology markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership experience building and managing sales teams of 20+ individuals
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, CRM systems, and sales methodology frameworks
 </li>
 </ul>
